🎙️ BFF: Why did you decide to collaborate with Bitcoin FilmFest?

💬 Zack: It’s mostly because we share the same fundamental objectives. Our goal is to create a world where truth and beauty can flourish.

🎙️ BFF: What motivated you to build a ‘Netflix killer’? (as someone on one of the Alby Community Calls referred to IndeeHub)…

💬 Zack: Early in my career, I sought access to a fair and open market for my work, but such a platform didn’t exist. While Netflix initiated an incredible innovation in the exhibition of cinema, I believe the industry requires a revolution in its business model. There’s a pressing need to refocus on creators and viewers. Unfortunately, the relationship between audience and artist has become increasingly opaque, which I believe has led to a decline in storytelling quality over the past 10-15 years.

🎙️ BFF: Why could IndeeHub be considered a breakthrough in the industry?

💬 Zack: I believe that the breakthrough of IndeeHub lies in its approach to filmmaking business. Our aim is simple: to re-establish a direct, energetic link between the audience and the artist. When you watch a movie on our platform, the artists get paid. If you’re not watching, they’re not earning. This system allows filmmakers to take risks in a way that the current market structure discourages. By cutting out the middleman, we enable direct interaction between creators and viewers, providing an experience that’s lacking on many other platforms.

🎙️ BFF: What kind of movies can users expect on IndeeHub?

💬 Zack: We’re still in the early stages, but we already have a variety of compelling titles available. In fact, some films screened at Bitcoin FilmFest last year are already accessible on our platform. Over time, we’ll continue to add more, potentially including those that premiered at BFF24. There’s still plenty of work ahead of us, but we’re planning to add new content as often as possible — from short to feature-length productions
